HOW MUCH DOES A CLASS COST?
Our weekly PFP classes are and will always be free of charge for participants.
This is because we do not want to profit off of disability.

What happens in your class?
A regular class might look something like this:
- Warm Up
- Popping Technique
- Popping exercises made specifically for people with Parkinson's
- Main Section/Routine
- Improv/Freestyle
- Cool down/Stretching
DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT DANCE TO PARTICIPATE?
No previous experience necessary! Our classes and workshops are designed for people at all levels, from complete beginners and up. The only requirement is that you have Parkinson's or you are attending with somebody who does have Parkinson's.

What do i need to bring for class?
Simply show up, no need to bring anything or pre-book. Make sure you wear clothes and shoes in which you are comfortable to move and sweat in! We are going to get funky!
